At Cleanclean, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted aromatherapy candles. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging materials intact.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Returned within 30 days of delivery
The following items cannot be returned:
Candles that have been lit or used
Custom or personalized orders
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different scent or size, please contact us. We will process the exchange based on current product availability. You may need to return the original item and place a new order.
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again
Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be processing delays

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
Items that show obvious signs of use
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, standard return policies apply.
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your candle due to scent preference, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a one-time exchange for a different scent (shipping charges may apply).
If you received a candle as a gift and would like to return it, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Gift returns require proof of purchase or a gift receipt. Refunds for gift returns will be issued as store credit or a gift card.
If you do not have a receipt, we may be able to process your return at the current selling price, subject to our discretion.

Please include the RA number on your return package. Returns without an RA number may experience delays in processing.
We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, custom orders or personalized items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price if returned for reasons other than defects or damage.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days. After inspection, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
